my storm drains were plugged up with tree roots and flooding my garage for the last 3 days. Raoul came on time, identified the area of the pipe that was clogged, didnt try to sell me additional services until he confirmed problem and then snaked that limited area in 20 minutes and no more plug!!!! I highly recommend them.

Excellent work for a quick job that got more difficult than it should have been (like they all do). Language barrier was a slight issue, but he was patient and the work was truly great.

Very punctual. Cam and looked at the leaking ceiling from water leak from bath room upstairs. Did a through investigation first instead of cutting the dry wall near the leak. He spent almost 1 hour and finally told us this is a simple problem. The tile on the shower pan is broken and that is the reason water is leaking and asked us to get that tile fixed by a tile guy. He didn't charge us any money and when offered he told us he didn't do any thing and no need to charge and left. Later I understood he drove almost 1 hour to get to my house. Never seen such an honest guy.

The response time is very quick and the work begins very quickly. The plumber who helped us made my elderly mother feel comfortable and walked her through several of the steps in the process of replacing our water heater, replacing some pipes and repairing some drain issues. This gave me the confidence to hire them. The cost of plumbing is never cheap, but is necessary. Our plumber gave us a 10 percent discount off the total. Another plus when your trying to make ends meet but get quality service.

Raul showed up on time, was very friendly and professional and gave us a fair quote. He came back promptly when there was a small problem with the new part and fixed not only that issue, but also replaced additional old parts in our other bathroom. He was awesome!

Raul from Master Flow helped us fixed two faucets. Raul is an expert at what he is doing and knows everything. I will definitely hire him again when I have another project. Their price is a bit high though, but due to the emergency that we need to get our faucets fixed and they came here the next day after we called, I can accept it. Their service is amazing.

Did an excellent job. Came to unclog the sink, but also repaired my pipes under the sink and didn't charge me for some of the work. Very nice guy and stayed a little bit longer to make sure the job was done right.

I just moved into a new Condo and was trying to get the new fireplace insert installed. I didn't want to take off of work another day and lose pay, again. I asked for them to come on a Saturday or Sunday, truly at the last minute. They worked it out and come over at 7:00p.m. I did have to pay the After Hours rate which was the only negative. He came in - put bootie on his shoes, did exactly what I asked. Good guy, and very courteous.
